a workshop “Growing Towards Your Core” from July 15 to 20

This 5-day workshop will be a combination of energy work, core strength exercises, creation work and meditations in the beautiful Retreat Centre of Monte Velho (www.montevelhoretreatcentre.com)

The Retreat Centre of Monte Velho is a holistic learning centre.

Monte Velho is in “the middle of nowhere”, where Southwestern Europe sinks into the Atlantic Ocean. A place from which many myths and stories of fishermen, sailors and pirates, sunken ships and large fisheries originated.

It is a region that enriches itself through the power of its nature, where the high cliffs overlook the ocean. The air is clear and always filled with a fresh breeze.”

Monte Velho Retreat Centre organizes both national and international retreats, teacher training courses, music workshops and its own Monte Velho retreats.

Retreat:
The retreat will take place from Wednesday July 15 to Sunday July 19 (departure Monday July 20) in Monte Velho, Carrapateira, Portugal.

It will be a combination of specific types of energy work, adapted to the flow and the group, in resonance with nature and what presents itself on the spot.

Accommodation and meals (organic & plant based) are foreseen for a group of 15 participants.

The flight to and from Faro in Portugal must be booked by the participants themselves.

Breakfast at 8h30,

Lunch at 13h00, and

Dinner at 19h00.

All meals are mainly organic, locally harvested and plant based. Beverages(water, tea & coffee) are included.

The workshop is intended for people with some experience in the field of energy work who, in the beautiful surroundings of Monte Velho, want to experience energy work to grow in-depth personally.

The group will consist of a maximum of 15 participants.
Ilse Scheers leads the entire workshop.
During the workshop Bob Hense will assist.
This will ensure adequate personal guidance during the entire retreat.
The languages are English and Dutch.

Personal coaching & healing sessions with Ilse can be booked extra on the spot.

The program:

The theme of the 5-day retreat is:

“Grow toward your core,
strength in connection, creation in relaxation.”

We will work together on the core of who you are. You will be given material prior to the retreat so that you can do some introspection and start some preparation. Your own themes and desires will be clearly mapped in this way so that the retreat can guide you as much as possible in your desired growth.

It’s about re-activating your energy system, energy that you now, consciously or unconsciously, block or hide. By alternating between action and contraction, we follow the movements in your system that automatically show themselves when the appropriate frequency and safety are offered.

We seek the connection with your soul and your deep desire to live as you dream of it, as you know it suits you. Various exercises will help you to achieve liberation and experience the necessary space that is needed for creation, creating your life, according to your vision, your ideas, your spontaneous actions, …

The more you recognize and acknowledge yourself, the more energy will begin to flow which appears endless and gives power from your source, the core of who you are.

In a nutshell: it will be an organic combination of core energetics, bodywork, setup work, meditations and healing work, with various creative / artistic impulses.

Participants: Max 15 participants, some experience in the field of energy work is required.

Formulas:

There are four possible formulas from which each can choose:

• Single room, with bathroom
• Double room, with bathroom
• Triple/Quadruple room, with bathroom
• Shared dorm, 6 beds, with a bathroom at 100 m

Transport:

Daily, flights leave to Faro from Zaventem

We foresee that everyone flies with the following direct flights:

• July 15: SN 3801, 9h20 Bxl – 11u20 Faro
• July 20: HV 9008, 9h50 Faro – 13h40 Bxl

TIP:  Book in time to be sure of your seat on the plane.

 Transport to/from Monte Velho:

We foresee a transport for those who take the scheduled flights (see flights above).
You can also take a taxi yourself. It costs approx. € 150 from Faro (airport) to Carrapateira (Monte Velho)
The same applies to the transport to the airport on July 20.

Internet:         In Monte Velho a free internet connection is available in the “lounge”.

Dress code:    Light easy clothing and a sweater for the evening. Don’t forget your walking shoes and your swimming suit for pool or sea.

Possibilities in the area:

The Retreat Centre is 5 km from the beautiful beaches and cliffs. You can go there on foot or by taxi. After you have been able to enjoy the fresh sea air you can always unwind in the village of Carrapateira.

Your coaches:

Ilse Grace Scheers is a life coach and Brennan Healing Science Practitioner. She coaches people from all over the world and has her own Centre for Energy Work where she helps people on a personal level as well as on a group level. She organizes various workshops and lessons. Also, a 3-Year Professional Training in Energy Work is offered, called “BewustZijn”.

Ilse Scheers is also a singer songwriter, her artist name is ILSE GRACE, she is currently working on her 3rd album
