During the best season in India we organize a workshop from 2 till 8 January 2019 :
“Re-discover your strenghts”.
Two years ago we personally discovered this very inspiring place Auroville, that’s why we initiate this retreat over there with great pleasure.
The 5-day workshop will be a combination of energy work, core-strength exercises, meditation in the Matrimandir, universal law lectures, discovery of Auroville and a visit to the ashram of Sri Aurobindo in Puducherry.
“Auroville is a community on 25km² created in 1962 by “the Mother” together with Sri Aurobindo.
It is a universal community where men and women from all countries live in peace and progressive harmony independant for their belief, politics or nationality. The purpose of Auroville is the realisation of Human Unity”.

Auroville is located in the South-East of India nearby Puducherry. The master monument of Auroville is the “Matrimandir” a place of rest and high energy for optimal concentration & meditation.
Retreat:
During 5 days we will hold the workshops in the guesthouse Vérité (www.verite.in), the hotel where we will stay. We foresee lodging and meals (biologic & vegetarian) for a group of 8 to 10 participants. Travels to and from Auroville are to be booked by the participants themselves. We also encourage everyone to visit more of India before or after the retreat, it is a very inspiring country.

The workshop is meant for anyone who wants to work in a small group on personal growth through energywork, in the beautiful environment of Auroville. The group will be maximum 8 to 10 participants. This will allow us to provide proper personal guidance during the activities. Personal coaching & healing sessions outside the group activities can be booked on top, by request.
The program:
In the mornings we will visit the Visitor Centre and will also go to the Matrimandir for meditations. This monument has a very inspiring architecture and a very peacefull energy. On the two other mornings we will have lectures on Universal Law and on the Evolution of the Earth. The last years Ivan Van den Bosch learned a lot on these topics and he will be glad to share his knowledge and insights.
Every afternoon we will have energy-work and consiousness excercises. Ilse Scheers works on the different energy bodies using music and tools such as core energetics, frequency-work and constellations depending of the need of every individual. She works with the core-power of every person, this leads to empowerment and healing of your core as a human being. This way everybody can experience more energy and comes in deeper connection with the Inner Self.
The last evening we will go to Puducherry to visit the ashram of Sri Aurobindo and stay also for a short meditation. This is another magical place of wondermend and contemplation.
During the whole stay we will give a lot of attention to Auroville as a community.

Flights:
Daily flights are available to Chennai from Zaventem, via Delhi or Bombay. The flights are with 2 or 3 intermediate stops and take between 16 and 19 hours.
Take into account that you need to fly the day before, you always arrive one day later! As from € 609,00 you have a return ticket. You can book online or via your prefered agency where you can find all options.
Transport to Auroville:
The international airport of Chennai(MAA) is located at 150 km of Auroville. A single trip takes between 3h00 to 3h30. The fastest way to reach Auroville is by taxi and costs INR 3.650 (+/- €45). Auroville collaborates with different taxi companies that can be trusted and who are well known with Auroville. More details on: www.auroville.org/contents/2801.
If desired we can arrange a pick-up from the airport. Let us know your arriving flight and we take care of the rest.
Visum:
A passport valid during 6 months is required. The request for a visa for a trip to India is mandatory and can be completely and acquired online. The electronic visa costs €84,95 per person and is provided within two to four days after request and is send by e-mail You can find all details on: www.visumsindia.nl
Internet:
In the “lounge” of Vérité a free internet connection is available. The speed is not as high as in Belgium but is more than enough for a normal use.
Currency & payments:
The local currency is the Indian Rupee. For €1 you get approximatively INR 80; INR 1000 are worth about € 12,50. Payments with creditcard are often possible. You can obtain Indian Rupees in the local ATM’s with your creditcard or via the local exchange office by exchanging Euro’s.
Climate:
From mid-December till mid-March it is dry with day-temperatures of approx 30°, during the night the temperatures rarely drop below 20°. It is very enjoyable!
Dresscode:
Light modest clothing is recommended. In the evening you need a sweater. Rain clothing is normally not necessary in this season.

Possibilities before or after the workshop:
India is a fantastic country that is definitely worth a visit. The transport is well arranged by bus, train, tuk-tuk and/or taxi. The good hotels are clean and not expensive. The food is delicous. We have never felt unsafe, you only need to get used to all the dirt on the street …
Price of the workshop:
The price for the retreat including the workshop is €795,00
Including: All nights from 2 to 8 January 2019. All meals and drinks (water, tea & coffee), the workshop and the visit to the ashram of Sri Aurobindo.
Excluded: Flights to and from India, transport to and from Auroville, personal expenses and insurance, extra sessions with Ilse on the spot.
Reservations:
Reservations for the workshop can be made via email to Ilse or Ivan. On this basis you will receive an invitation to pay. As soon as we receive the payment, the reservation is final.
Reserve in time! The number of places is limited to 8 participants. If you book in time you can also obtain a good price for the flights to India.
Annulation:
Before 31 August 2018: Reimbursement of the amount minus € 25.00 administration
Before September 30, 2018: Refund of 50% of the amount
Before 30 October 2018: Repayment of 25% of the amount
Your coaches:
Ilse is life coach and Brennan Healing Science Practitioner.
She coaches people from all over the world. She has her own Center for Energy Work where she helps people both on a personal level and on a group level. She organizes various workshops and lesson-series and a 3-year professional training in Energy Work. Ivan is business consultant and personal coach.
He has held various positions in the last 33 years from salesman to general manager. Today he is active as a consultant. A few years ago he began to delve into consciousness work, the Universal Laws and the evolution of Humanity on Earth.
