Contact with nature, with the fresh air, with the ground, with the earth, is above all what gives you safety and brings you peace now. Lung diseases are connected with sadness, we know this from ancient Chinese Medicine, in this case above all collective sadness. The lack of contact with the earth is great, restoring this contact brings deep healing. So take care of yourself and increase your body awareness. Self-care has faded into the background for many anyway, let this be a structural stimulus. And by taking better care of yourself, you can also take better care of others. So work on your energetic grounding, and seek help if this remains blocked. Furthermore, there are the important guidelines on a physical level: drink a lot of water, hot drinks are also good, go outside enough, eat pure food and pay extra attention to hygiene. And yes, avoid large groups of people, large groups are a challenge for many for boundaries and self-care.
On the other hand, there is our empathic capacity, lungs are energetically linked to the heart: being there for each other, on this earth, connecting in a broader way, thinking inclusively, not exclusively. It is the heart connection that is now starting, which is important. Polarizing does not help, nor does panicking. Become increasingly aware of your connection with the other and the carrying capacity of your heart. At the same time, become increasingly aware of your love for the earth, this planet, where we now reside with so many.
This increased awareness is necessary to maintain your immunity, both physically and emotionally and mentally. A higher consciousness is necessary to strengthen yourself, so that you can also be caring towards others without judgment, and without losing yourself.
