Fear as energy

Fear is a basic emotion, often an instinct. Fear has a deep impact on your entire energy system: you go into freeze, flight or fight mode, often unconsciously. How can you support yourself in this? And others? It starts with recognizing it: what does fear mean to you in concrete terms, how does it manifest itself in your body? Do you feel your energy stiffening or pulling upwards? Do you notice that you can’t think reasonably anymore? Or are your emotions so intense that your heart races or your throat tightens? Or do you get cold hands and feet? These are all signals that your body can give to show that you are in fear and that reflection is appropriate.

As long as there is no urgency – which is almost always the case – you can take the time and investigate what exactly is going on. What are the facts? What is your truth? Where exactly is your safety? How can you take responsibility for yourself in all honesty?

Today there is reporting and communication of all kinds. Fortunately, we live in a country where most information is freely accessible. So do some research and feel what resonates with you. Let go of negativity and naivety, evolution is only possible if everything can come to light. Fear is a bad advisor, truth liberates, again and again.

And take your own responsibility, many leaders are searching today, do not condemn them or blindly believe them. We have to get through this together, no other way.

Fear can cause great damage on a collective level, power even feeds on this fear. It is more important than ever to wake up/stay awake. Our society is at a turning point, the change has begun. Let us all (continue to) increase our frequency and look our fears lovingly but straight in the eye.
