How triggers always lead to gold…

Everything was still going smoothly, you were in full flow and even had a lot of fun and were full of ideas. And then you come home and you don’t feel well. Did you eat something wrong? Were you standing in the cold too much? Why do you suddenly feel so different? And you sit down quietly for a moment and then an inspiration comes: that man on the tram looked so sad, that really hit home. Or that smell overwhelmed me for a moment, I went back in time for a moment. Or was it that video on Facebook, that made me feel a bit unwell?

Often seemingly small things happen that trigger you deeply. They touch a part in you that you were never in contact with. They touch frozen pieces and invite your energy system to come out of its comfort zone. So the outcome is beautiful, more space, more quality of life! However, this sometimes throws you off balance. Sometimes very directly and powerfully, sometimes very subtly, sometimes immediately, sometimes only afterwards when you come to yourself and have/take some time.

Deep triggers ask for attention, for dedication, sometimes short but attentive. What has been touched? What wants to move? And then there is still time needed for integration, you have understood it but your body wants to integrate this, a kind of reset, on all levels.

The past months have been tough for many: tiredness, illnesses, depressive feelings, fears.. Let move what has been touched, let your energy flow back and feel the space that has been added again, you are freer again, happier, lighter, you have grown again. And that is the gold!
