It is not simply an adrenaline boost or a major kick around something, it is the feeling that everything is the way it is supposed to be: in development, ever evolving, towards harmony, even when the growing passes through dark and difficult stages.
Duality transforms into the same coin. Rather than having two different sides: you need stress in order to experience real surrender, you need pain in order to understand your real purpose in life, and dark becomes light simply by shining on it, over and over again.
Accepting life, all of it, because it mirrors back the evolution we all long for. That is real aliveness, and frees us up, from top to bottom, all the way in.
