If your highest truth seems an illusion, if there is no reality-check what so ever, dare to listen closely to your body, dare to go deep, because your highest truth brings you to a state of love, gives you inner peace so you can face all the fears and pains that arise. And illusions will disappear of their own accord.
And if you want certain results in your daily reality, wonder whether these results are realistic, rather then doubting your reality. Every process has its own timing; understanding and accepting that brings a lot of reality into your life. And if you trace your body experiences and your state of mind carefully, you will find results every single day.
