If your highest truth seems an illusion, if there is no reality-check what so ever, dare to listen closely to your body, dare to go deep, because your highest truth brings you to a state of love, gives you inner peace so you can face all the fears and pains that arise. And illusions will disappear of their own accord.<\/p>\n
And if you want certain results in your daily reality, wonder whether these results are realistic, rather then doubting your reality. Every process has its own timing; understanding and accepting that brings a lot of reality into your life.
