Normally such a conversation lasts 15 minutes, but the first time it will be longer, as a start-up. A conversation about your health, but also about your lifestyle, relationships, work, what is important to you.\n\nAfterwards you can lie down on the massage table, just take off your shoes and the healer will ensure that you are comfortable, provide support under your back or knees, where necessary, etc. Then the actual hands-on healing begins: this is a technique that ensures ensures that your chakras and energy fields are purified, restored to balance and more energetic. The healer will place his\/her hands on different places on the body but may also use sound or not touch at all, depending on the healer&#8217;s personal style. In any case, the healer remains in contact with the ground, with himself and with you at all times.\n\nIt is only up to you to relax and receive. After half an hour or more, depending on the session, the healing is over and you can relax and chat with the healer. A short assessment will ensure that you are ready to return home and fully enjoy the session.
